How We Work
At Calcedon our approach is simple, from start to finish we take the 10,000 ft view of what the client wants, and develop a plan to make the details fall together.
Not all clients are alike, and not all projects are the same. We do not make assumptions without first trying to understand our customer, and their needs.
We believe in quick short iterations. We believe in taking the customer’s input and turning it around to get feedback and results as fast as possible.
We believe in Agile development, and our management team has been trained in Scrum Project Management. If a project is large enough we believe this process delivers results.
Whether large or small, we believe breaking a project down into smaller pieces and keeping iterations small, creates a better project, a happier customer, and a higher chance of delivering success to the customer.

ConsultWe listen to our clients ideas, desires, passions, and concerns. We find out their goals and what they believe success would entail.

CollaborateAfter taking the information about the project, we work with the customer to address any concerns and possible problems that may evolve.

ConstructWith a plan of action we start the first iteration of development.

ConfirmAfter the first iteration is completed, we deliver it to the client, validate everything was done to their liking, and start again at Step 1.
