	Mark Stephan, Managing Partner/Founder Mark Stephan is a global entrepreneur, and Socially Responsible & Ethical Business Advocate. Having worked at Trilogy in Austin, Texas, he left during the dot-disaster to live in Istanbul, Turkey and volunteer with the persecuted minority church there, simultaneously developing a socially responsible and ethical business, Calcedon. Through-out its life, Calcedon, has transformed to be a bleeding-edge web 2.0 company based in Austin, Texas, with offices and employees scattered across the globe.
	Ian Mouton, Account Manager Ian Mouton has worked in several prestigious high-tech companies such as pcOrder, Trilogy, MessageOne, PerformanceRetail as well as starting his own design firm Magdesign. It has been said of Ian, that he "does stellar design work and has a very sharp business acumen. His ability to solve and understand a business problem is very keen." - previous customer. Currently Ian resides in Austin, Texas and works along side Calcedon as an account manager.
	Kurt Opel, Development Lead Though his professional life started out in radio and television, Kurt Opel moved into web design and development with the dawning of the information age. Working in development for over 8 years, Kurt is now in charge of making sure that all of Calcedon's developers meet our standards, use standard development process, and continue to grow in their development skill-sets. Kurt, his wife and children moved from Los Angeles to Istanbul Turkey in 2007 to oversee Calcedon's european development staff.
	Phil Stolle, Account Manager Phil Stolle is a web developer residing in Leander, Texas which is just outside the booming tech center of Austin. He has a blog called ThoughtSparks (http://www.thoughtsparks.net). A long-time Austinite and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Phil’s prior work includes Webmaster of Concordia University Texas for over five years. Phil started in web development in the non-profit sector in the mid-90’s and has evolved his career along with the development of the web. Currently Phil along side Calcedon as an Account Manager.
