Mark Stephan, Managing Partner/Founder

Mark is a global entrepreneur, and Socially Responsible & Ethical Business Advocate.

Having worked at Trilogy in Austin, Texas, he left during the dot-disaster in 2002 to live in Istanbul, Turkey volunteering with the persecuted minority christian church there, simultaneously developing a socially responsible and ethical business, Calcedon. Throughout its life, Calcedon has transformed to be a bleeding-edge web 2.0 company based in Austin, Texas, with offices and employees scattered across the globe.

Ian Mouton, Account Manager

Ian Mouton has worked in several prestigious high-tech companies such as pcOrder, Trilogy, MessageOne, PerformanceRetail as well as starting his own design firm Magdesign.

It has been said of Ian, that he "does stellar design work and has a very sharp business acumen. His ability to solve and understand a business problem is very keen." - previous customer.

Currently Ian resides in Austin, Texas and works along side Calcedon as an account manager.

Ozgun Koyun, Web Application Developer

Ozgun is a web application developer, living in the city of Istanbul, Turkey.

With a master's degree in "Managing and Designing Information Systems" from Istanbul Technical University he started his web development adventure with HTML and CSS moving on to develop web sites with PHP and more recently developing Ruby on Rails applications since 2006.

Yi Wen, Web Application Developer

Yi is a Ruby on Rails developer, living in Austin, Texas. He has experience in building enterprise applications for Fortune 500 companies, using J2EE, .NET and RoR. He also worked in small and fast pace teams. He believes in Agile methodologies, loves TDD. He likes DRY code and believes that TDD helps designing clean and DRY code.

Yi likes playing and watching soccer games. He enjoys spending time with his daughter and son.
